濾心採用 0.2 微米孔徑 MF-PES 中空纖維膜（除菌結果見技術頁特定樣品的檢驗報告）。
The cartridge uses a 0.2 μm-pore MF-PES hollow-fiber membrane (bacteria-removal results: see the sample-specific reports on the Technology page).

更換濾心與首次放流 Cartridge change and first flush
- 將濾心外殼旋轉開，並取出舊的濾心。Unscrew the cartridge housing and take out the old cartridge.
- 取替換新的濾心，垂直放入濾心底座後壓緊，將濾心外殼旋上即可；裝上濾心時應垂直向下壓緊，避免非垂直時過度大力硬塞，容易造成牙體崩壞。Place the new cartridge upright in the base, press it down and screw the housing back on. Press straight down; forcing it in at an angle can break the thread.
- 初次使用或更換新濾心，請先調至淨水放流 5 分鐘將濾心沖洗濕潤；過程流出灰黑色水乃屬正常現象，係屬天然活性碳，放流至變透明即可。First use or a new cartridge: run filtered water for 5 minutes to wet and rinse the cartridge. Grey-black water at first is normal (it is the natural activated carbon); run until the water is clear.
為什麼是薄膜過濾 Why membrane filtration
許多過濾水壺以活性碳為濾材，活性碳可吸附異味與部分物質，但不能攔截細菌；以物理方式擋下細菌要靠過濾膜，這也是膜淨投入研發過濾膜的原因。除菌結果見技術頁特定樣品的檢驗報告。
Many filter bottles use activated carbon, which adsorbs odours and some substances but does not retain bacteria; a membrane is what physically holds bacteria back. - 無廢水排放：中空纖維微過濾在水通過膜時完成過濾，不需電力，通過的原水可全部使用；逆滲透則需排除一定比例的濃縮廢水。實際數據依型號而定；微過濾不能去除溶解鹽類。No reject water: hollow-fiber microfiltration filters the water as it passes through the membrane, needs no electricity and uses all of the water that passes through, whereas reverse osmosis discharges a share of concentrated wastewater. Figures depend on the model; microfiltration does not remove dissolved salts.
