膜淨的中空纖維能過濾什麼？ What can mbranfiltra's hollow fiber filter out?
細菌、微生物、塑膠微粒是在外飲水容易遇到的污染物質。微過濾中空纖維以物理方式攔截大於膜額定孔徑（如家用濾心標示 0.2 μm）的細菌與顆粒；不能去除溶解於水中的物質（如鹽類、溶解態金屬、溶解性化學物質），濾出的水也不等於純水。第三方檢驗只涵蓋特定樣品、特定日期的大腸桿菌結果（見技術頁）；塑膠微粒與其他微生物沒有檢驗報告。
Bacteria, microorganisms and microplastics are contaminants commonly met in outdoor drinking water. Microfiltration hollow fiber physically retains bacteria and particles larger than the membrane's rated pore size (e.g. 0.2 μm on the household cartridges); it does not remove dissolved substances such as salts, dissolved metals or dissolved chemicals, and the output is not "pure water". Third-party test results cover E. coli only, for specific samples and dates (see the Technology page); there is no report for microplastics or other microorganisms.
中空纖維是如何濾菌的？ How does the hollow fiber remove bacteria?
中空纖維管壁上有無數小孔洞，以物理方式把大於膜額定孔徑（如家用濾心標示 0.2 μm）的細菌與顆粒污染物阻隔在外；不能去除溶解於水中的物質（如鹽類、溶解態金屬、溶解性化學物質），濾出的水不等於純水。第三方檢驗只涵蓋特定樣品、特定日期的大腸桿菌結果（見技術頁）。
The hollow-fiber wall has countless small pores that physically block bacteria and particulate contaminants larger than the membrane's rated pore size (e.g. 0.2 μm on the household cartridges). It does not remove dissolved substances such as salts, dissolved metals or dissolved chemicals, so the output is not "pure water". Third-party test results cover E. coli only, for specific samples and dates (see the Technology page).
膜淨跟逆滲透有何不同？ How is mbranfiltra different from reverse osmosis?
逆滲透是廢水濃縮，需排掉一定比例的廢水；中空纖維微過濾在水通過膜時完成過濾，不需電力，通過的原水可全部使用，實際數據依型號而定。兩種技術並不等同：逆滲透可去除溶解鹽類，微過濾不能。
Reverse osmosis concentrates wastewater and must discharge a share of it. Hollow-fiber microfiltration filters the water as it passes through the membrane, needs no electricity and uses all of the water that passes through; figures depend on the model. The two technologies are not equivalent: reverse osmosis removes dissolved salts, while microfiltration does not.

許多過濾水壺以活性碳為濾材，可吸附異味與部分物質，但不能攔截細菌。膜淨共同創辦人暨執行長因此投入研發過濾膜，讓濾水壺能以物理方式擋下細菌。除菌結果見技術頁特定樣品的大腸桿菌檢驗報告。
Many filter bottles use activated carbon, which adsorbs odours and some substances but does not retain bacteria. mbranfiltra's co-founder and CEO set out to develop a filtration membrane so a bottle could physically hold bacteria back. 中空纖維膜能過濾什麼？ What can the hollow-fiber membrane filter out?
微過濾中空纖維以物理方式攔截大於膜額定孔徑（例如家用濾心標示 0.2 μm）的細菌與顆粒。第三方結果：SGS 報告 PX/2020/A011301（受測樣品 MF02-M1）與明基報告 BDT-NT-231207（受測樣品 MF002）大腸桿菌除菌／清除率大於 99.9%——各僅適用該受測樣品。
Microfiltration hollow fiber physically retains bacteria and particles larger than the membrane's rated pore size (e.g. 0.2 μm on the household cartridges). Third-party results: E. coli removal/clearance above 99.9% in SGS report PX/2020/A011301 (sample MF02-M1) and BenQ report BDT-NT-231207 (sample MF002) — each for that sample only.
濾出的水是純水嗎？能去除鹽類或重金屬嗎？ Is the filtered water "pure water"? Does it remove salts or heavy metals?
不是。微過濾不能去除鹽類、溶解態金屬、溶解性化學物質等溶解於水中的物質。台美檢驗（SUPER LAB）報告 M61-200200105 檢測的是濾膜材料本身，結果未檢出塑化劑與重金屬——這是在檢測材料含有什麼，不是檢測能否從水中去除重金屬。
No. Microfiltration does not remove dissolved substances such as salts, dissolved metals or dissolved chemicals. The Taiwan–US (SUPER LAB) report M61-200200105 tested the membrane filter material itself and found no plasticizers or heavy metals in it — that is a test of what the material contains, not of removing heavy metals from water.
能去除病毒嗎？ Does it remove viruses?
目前沒有病毒相關的檢驗報告，因此不宣稱可去除病毒。
There is no test report on viruses, so no virus-removal claim is made.
需要電力嗎？ Does it need electricity?
不需要。中空纖維微過濾在水通過膜時完成過濾，不需電力，也不需排掉原水。各型號的流量數據見規格卡，並附該型號標示的測試條件。
No. Hollow-fiber microfiltration filters the water as it passes through the membrane, so it needs no electricity and discharges no source water. Flow figures are listed per model on each spec card, with the test conditions printed for that model.
檢驗報告適用所有產品嗎？ Do the test reports apply to every product?
不適用。每份報告只涵蓋特定樣品、特定日期（報告編號、受測樣品與日期列在技術頁），並非全產品線或產品頁所列濾殼、濾芯的保證。
No. Each report covers a specific sample on a specific date (report numbers, samples and dates are listed on the Technology page). It is not a guarantee for the whole product line or for the housings and cartridges on the Products page.
