Industrial & Process
Process filtration brings media and equipment together, from cartridges and filter bags to housings. Discuss product combinations and system configurations for your fluid, target flow rate and installation conditions. Hollow-fiber membrane supply, cartridge packaging, and material and water-sample analysis support equipment integration and product development.

Cartridges, filter bags and housings
Hollow-fiber membrane cartridges, melt-blown cartridges, pleated cartridges, activated carbon and sintered cartridges, PP cartridges, filter bags, and bag-type and cartridge-type filters. Cartridges can be packaged in many sizes, and new formats can be developed flexibly.
Customized systems
Filtration system configurations can be discussed for process requirements. Suitability and treatment results depend on feed conditions, target specifications and testing.
Supply to module and cartridge makers
We supply the hollow fibers to filter-module or cartridge manufacturers, who build them into their end products.
Key Features
- Membrane materials: PES and Nylon (hydrophilic), PVDF and PP (hydrophobic) hollow-fiber membranes
- Removes bacteria while keeping a high flow rate; figures depend on the model (bacteria-removal results: see the sample-specific test reports on the Technology page)
- Laboratory support: analysis of customer materials and water samples
- Independent production line

Industrial-use hollow-fiber membrane filter (MGN).

Mbranguard hollow fiber membrane cartridge (MGN series)
A hollow-fiber membrane cartridge for critical applications. The datasheet states up to 2 times the surface area of pleated membrane cartridges, so that a 10" cartridge can match a 20" pleated cartridge.
- Materials: PES membrane, PP housing, PUR potting; O-ring EPDM / Viton / Silicon / Teflon
- Absolute removal rating 60 / 100 / 200 nm; filtration area 1.8 m²; operating temperature 4–40 °C; outer diameter 68 mm
- Lengths 5" / 10" / 20" / 30" / 40"; end caps: double open end, 222/Flat, 222/Fin, 226/Flat, 226/Fin
- Order code: MGN + rating + length + end cap + seal, e.g. MGN200-10F2S (datasheet V1R1, 2025-04-08; specifications may change without notice)
Release inspection and raw-material data
- Every batch is inspected before release: appearance (no stain, cracks, creases or wrinkles) and a leak test (no leaking or visible bubbles for 30 s at 4 psi).
- Raw-material test data for each batch are provided by the raw-material suppliers, against FDA 21 CFR items: PP 177.1520, PES 177.2440, PUR 177.1680, filters 211.72, non-fiber-releasing filter 210.3(b)(6).
- Example COA: MGN200-10F6T, LOT 241202001, inspected 2024-12-02 (0.2 μm) -- appearance Pass, leak test Pass, all 5 raw-material items Pass. The results apply only to the product tested and batched under that lot number.
- Third-party cleanliness test: BenQ Dialysis Technology Corp. biology lab report BDT-NT-250802 (issued 2025-08-11), per 21 CFR 210.3(b)(6) Nonfiber Releasing Filter -- "no impurity fibers found under microscopy". Applies to the tested sample only; the report is cited, not reproduced.
